• Build With Music: Discover Incredibox for ages seven and up on Friday, June 30, at 2:30 p.m. Incredibox is a musical game where you drag and drop icons to mix music. Manage a band of “beatboxers” and use various icons to create songs. iPads available. Preregister as space is limited. (60 min.)

• I Am a Better Person for sixth grade and up on Tuesday, June 20, at 2:30 p.m. Friends ICON.jpg Friends ICON.jpg. Identifying how to communicate empowers us to make positive changes to build a better self-image and build each other up. Presented by licensed professional counselor Elaine Nelson. • Music Trivia for all ages on Tuesday, June 20, at 3:30 p.m. Test your music knowledge from rock to rap to jazz and everything in between. Followed by a soul line dance party to celebrate the winners. Play as a team or solo to win cool prizes. Snacks will be provided. (90 min.) Preregister.

• Twenty-fifth Anniversary Bookmark Contest. Continue the celebration by creating a bookmark. Contest runs through June 30. Two age groups: ages 5-11 and ages 12-17. The winner will be announced at our community event on Wednesday, July 26.

• Read In – Get over the summer slump and enjoy reading some of your favorite books for ages five to 17 on Monday, June 19 and 26, at 1:30 p.m. (45 min.)

• Daddy and Me on Saturday, June 17, at 10:30 a.m. Celebrate Father’s Day with stories about dad and make a card and a gift to take home to dad. (60 min.)

Teen

• DIY Tie-Dye for ages 12-17 on Wednesday, June 21, at 5:30 p.m. Supplies provided for crafting. Bring something to tie-dye, preferably 100 percent cotton in a light color (white works best) and make your own unique design. In past years, we have T-shirts, tie-dyed socks, tank tops, and even hats! (60 min.)
