Ride Palm Tran Public Transportation FREE to the Voting Polls

Palm Tran will be providing free transit service to anyone who is taking the bus to vote on Election Day, Nov. 6, 2018. Simply let the driver know, or show a voter registration card.

“I believe everyone should exercise their right to vote, and this free service will help citizens in Palm Beach County have access to this opportunity,” Palm Tran Executive Director Clinton B. Forbes said.

Palm Tran Connection, the door-to-door shared ride service for qualifying disabled individuals, will also be free for those who are voting. The regular cash fare will apply for return trips from voting.

To plan a trip, go to www.palmtran.org, and input your origin and destination on the homepage. Palm Tran also has a free trip-planning app, known as My Stop Mobile, which is available in the Apple App store or Google Play Store.
