PBSO deputies and detectives investigating two Jan. 8 shootings

PALM BEACH COUNTY — Shooting # 1, occurred in the 100 block of Adams Place, Pahokee, on Sunday, Jan. 8, at 5:35 p.m. Deputies arrived and located three injured victims. Two were struck by gunfire in their lower extremities. The other victim received minor injuries through unknown means. The victims were standing outside of a residence when unknown suspect(s) drove by discharging a weapon into the crowd resulting in two victims being struck. Motive and suspect information is unknown.

Shooting # 2, occurred in the area of 7th Avenue North and Federal Highway, Lake Worth on Sunday, Jan. 8, at 9 p.m. Deputies responded to a shots fired call. Upon arrival deputies found a victim struck by gunfire. Condition is unknown. Suspect information is unknown.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene investigators were on scene of both shootings investigating further.
