PBSO investigating Belle Glade shooting

BELLE GLADE — A Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) press release stated that on Sept. 14 at 5:02 p.m. deputies responded to a shooting in the 715 Mobile Home Park in Belle Glade.

Upon arrival deputies located Jermaurion Folmar, 31, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.

Detectives are investigating this shooting as a homicide.

The Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Investigators are in route to the scene to investigate further.

The motive and suspect information was unknown at the time of the press release.
