PBSO investigating shooting death

SOUTH BAY — The PBSO is investigating the death of a man in South Bay.

A Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) press release stated that at 11:07 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16, deputies responded to a shooting in the 100 block of Southwest Sixth Avenue in South Bay.

Upon arrival, deputies found a male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene by responding PBC Fire Rescue officials.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and crime scene investigators responded to the scene to investigate further.

No motive or suspect information was known at the time of the press release.
