PALM BEACH COUNTY — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Tabatha Fowler. Tabatha, DOB: 4/18/66, was last seen on Jan. 19 at 7 a.m. She walked away from her residence of 23090 Post Gardens Way, Boca Raton and has not been seen or heard from since.

Tabatha is 5’02” and 115 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes. Her clothing description is unknown.

Tabatha has dementia. Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office detectives consider Tabatha Fowler to be a Missing Endangered Adult.
