The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) is disclosing this information to the public in order to enhance public safety, awareness and protection. This information is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is this agency’s belief that an informed public is a safer public.
This bulletin should be used only for information purposes. Citizen abuse of the information to threaten, intimidate or harass offenders will not be tolerated in any manner.
The individual who appears in this bulletin has served the sentence imposed on him by the courts. He is NOT wanted by the police at this time.
• The PBSO is advising the public about a declared sexual predator, Manuel Juan Cueto, 62, who is now residing at 104 Pelican Lake Drive in Pahokee.
In 1997, Cueto was convicted of kidnapping with the intent to commit or facilitate a felony, and sexual battery to a victim under 12 years of age. The offense took place in Dade County.
• The PBSO is advising the public about a declared sexual predator, Carlos Antonio Millan, 47, who is now residing at 825 Linda Road in Belle Glade.
In 2001, Millan was convicted of lewd or lascivious molestation to a victim under 12 years of age, and sexual battery to a victim under 12 years of age. The offense took place in Dade County.
Florida House Bill 3737 requires the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office to notify all licensed daycare centers located within a 1-mile radius of the above addresses.
