WEST PALM BEACH — On Thursday, March 2, all elementary school cafeterias throughout Palm Beach County District Schools will celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday by offering special menu items for breakfast.
A delicious “Green Eggs and Ham” breakfast bake will be made fresh and offered as an entrée choice. Dr. Seuss themed bookmarks and whole grain ABC cinnamon crackers will also be available to students eating school breakfast in the cafeteria on Dr. Seuss’s Birthday.
Hip Hip Hooray, What’s that, a birthday, you say?
On March the 2nd we will celebrate this special day!
And who will be honored — a very special man.
He’s the author of the story called Green Eggs and Ham.
Can you guess who it is that we are talking about?
It’s Dr. Seuss of course, was there any doubt?
Make sure to have breakfast in the cafeteria that day,
